ESAU AYEKA

Plant Medicine Facilitator and Sound Bowl Healer

Born in California, raised in traditional Mexican heritage teachings. As the eldest son of two immigrant parents, my path to self discovery has always led me back to my connection with my roots. I’ve found a humbling strength in grounding myself and helping others to do so in their passage through life. My instruments are the stories I tell, the music I play and the presence with which I show up and hold space with.

I practice holistic psychotherapy in group settings and also in individual processes of self discovery using movement, music and breath work accompanied by stories which help in the process of going within and rescuing the forgotten parts of our stories that don’t allow us to flow and have a sense of being connected or alive.

Offerings to the Healing Arts Workshops:

Spontaneous Combustion: authentic movement therapy:

When the veil is removed, our inner truth and wisdom comes back to life. Fire, water, earth and air elements will guide us on our journey to rediscover our hidden truths, our potential and our inner presence. It is through an act of dynamic meditation that we experience the sensation of being truly alive.

  Chanting & Grounding: Kirtan

The sounds of our voices gathered in union through chanting creates an atmosphere of collective awareness and a sense of being present. Opening the passage that flows through our bodies and allowing us to connect our mind, body and instinct.
