Hector Armando Cervantes is our 28-year old' cook! He studied law but always felt a deep passion for cooking. Since a kid, he always was amused for the smell of food and the unity food brought with his family and friends.
At the age of 22, he started cooking at a high school cafeteria with the sole purpose of making organic food without using conservatives. He managed to create unique recipes and helped encourage many students to change their diets for healthier ones. He embarked since then on many adventures and opportunities to expand his experience and knowledge in the kitchen, some of the places he has cooked are Coachella, Stagecoach, LA Food Bowl, retreats and other epic events where talented cooks were needed to provide the best food possible for clients. Cooking healthy food for people. A fear advocate against common recipes and always an entrepreneur in finding new recipes to spice up the lives of those who have the pleasure of tasting the goodness he makes in every kitchen he steps upon. He’s currently working on his own project in Tj and making private events with full passion.
