Rancho 85 property came to fruition in 1985 when Vicente Macias traded land near the beach for what he found was paradise at the ranch. The property from the beginning was merely for planting vegetable,  fruit, and 1,000 lime trees. One goal the owner had was to keep the essence and history present. This is noticeable when walking around the land and you agriculture  over 250 years old.  Rancho 85 is now working hard to open this place for all to see and experience.  

Rancho 85 partnered with the Conducto team  to open its doors and merge the local  community and visitors to feel the peace and magic that evolve in this place and introduce a different side of Rosarito Mexico. .
