ARZEEN is an accomplished Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter, and lyricist who was born and raised in Bangladesh, where his musical journey began at a young age. He currently resides in the United States, where he performs Bengali folk music in addition to his own compositions. In 2017 he was invited to perform as part of the Promise Zone Arts project which was administered by the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs and his story is featured on their website.Arzeen’s musical release ‘Prem De’ was released on L.A.-based record label Pinkturban and has been remixed by South Africa’s prime DJ and producer Das Kapital. Since its release, the song is getting positive reviews from blogs and newspapers and is played on BBC Asian Network. Arzeen was recently featured on the latest album from psychedelic pop band Mystical Joyride, entitled ‘Conducto’. He is currently touring his latest self-titled album among other newly written works. On the Bengali New Year, April 14th, 2022, Arzeen released a new album, featuring eight different tracks which he composed himself.
